Eiffage Énergie Systèmes launches an awareness campaign to combat prejudice against disability

In 2022, Eiffage Energie Systèmes signed a three-year agreement on disability, with a view to managing the careers of disabled employees, recruiting and onboarding new staff, raising awareness and training internal players, and developing partnerships with the sheltered employment sector. 
 

At Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, the inclusion of people with disabilities takes us all further. All this diversity makes our teams stronger. 
 

These powerful messages will reach grassroots level through a new campaign aiming to continue the combat against prejudice, initiate new actions and improvements, and drive more diversity so we can perform together.
