Design and implementation of the high current, low current and overall monitoring & control systems for a new cocoa processing unit.
- Supply and installation of the entire temporary site power distribution.
- Engineering, supply and completion of the new unit's high current and low current power distribution.
- Process automation and supervision (cleaning and pre-drying of the cocoa bean, alkalinisation and roasting, grinding and refining, storage, tempering and conditioning).
- Training of operators, maintenance and supervisory staff in the areas of high current, low current and monitoring control.
