Design and implementation of the monitoring and control system for new workshops treating new nickel mattes.
These workshops are used to produce Nickel and Cobalt derivatives.
The modification works and all commissioning tests were conditioned by the annual technical shutdown lasting 5 weeks (1-week progressive production shutdown, 3-week shutdown, 1 week restart)
The Delta V system manages the Analog I/Os (control) and the Rockwell system manages the digital I/Os (sequential), all of which is visualized on the Delta V DMCS.
